There are 2 different rates posted in the table above. One is for “Ocean View” condos, and the other for “Beach Front” condos. The difference is the “Beach Front” condos are closer to the beach, but every condo at the LP has Sandy Beach access and is right there on Sandy Beach. Circus Mexicus and Calendar Signing Party News!

Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers have been touring the country like madmen with the latest addition to the band, lead guitarist Jim Dalton, and now they’re just about ready to return to Mexico, home to some of the most legendary RCPM shows ever.
This year marks the first year that Chango’s will be hosting one of the biggest events of the year in Puerto Penasco, Circus Mexicus. This all day music festival, starring Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers promises to be the biggest and best show yet, with the move to the much larger venue. We are especially excited here at GORP because many of us (including many of our lovely models) will be in attendance. June 6th is going to be a big day in Rocky Point. The day of the show, we’ll be having our calendar release and signing party at Chango’s, right across from the venue, and some of performers from the show will be stopping by to hang out and entertain.
